Asteroids PRO

A game feel demonstration disguised as an Asteroids clone.

A simple arcade game used to teach game feel. Through accessing the developer console, players can explore how by changing various settings the feel of the ship's movement can be altered e.g.

• How do you make the ship feel heavy or sluggish?
• How about incredibly fast? How fast is too fast?
• Does or can friction exist in space? 

Press TAB to open up the developer console.

In developer mode you can:

1. Press G to show/hide displacement graph.
2. Press ENTER to cycle through variables.
3. Press +/- to increase/decrease the selected value.

Player controls:

• LEFT/RIGHT to steer ship.
• Z, UP or SHIFT to thrust.
• X or CTRL to shoot.
• C, SPACE or DOWN to teleport.
